More on the Co-Op Thing

Just in case I didn't convey the crunchiness of the co-op thing well enough in my previous post, The Co-Op Thing, here is the back panel of the Spokes Pizza Collective's menu-pamphlet:



So when I say "really crunchy" I mean "really freakin' crunchy." "Uncheese" (4th paragraph, 3rd sentence) -- WTF?

We had a pizza from them Saturday night and, although it had real cheese, it was not so great. Whole wheat crust -- yick. I think we still might get out to the Seward Cafe for breakfast though.
